"What a fantastic series of books. Our 2 year old loves this one in particular [Pat and Pip on a Road Trip] and always asks for it (ahead of the Gruffalo no less). We’ve not been able to use the quizzes yet as I think the range is aimed at slightly older children when they’re learning to read but this just means the range of books have extra longevity. We’ll definitely be buying more from the series."

“Lisa decided to specialise in teaching children who needed support to learn to read and write. From her experiences, Lisa continued to research Literacy and devised and wrote her excellent reading programme to meet the needs of the children under her care. This programme has been trialled with great success at the Australian International School in Jakarta. The programme reflects Lisa’s understanding of how children learn and we have been impressed with its success in helping children learn to read and write."

“The reader books are totally suitable for this age group! (4 – 6 yrs) I really liked how they are differentiated. The characters are very relatable for this age group and the activities were suitable for my students. Thanks for letting us try these out!”

“The kids loved the read-aloud “Pat and Pip on a Road Trip”. It tied in nicely with transportation, our theme at the moment, and with our Personal Goal of Cooperation.”

“The kids loved the read-aloud "The King's New Fort" - they gave it a 5 out of 5 stars! They also noted how the king and the animals showed some of our Personal Goals like Cooperation and Resilience.”

“Just want to say a huge huge thank you for the books you sent for us to try. I have already started using them with the children and I find them perfect for the age group (3 – 5yrs) I have! I can't believe how lucky we are to have you contributing to our lovely resources that have already made a huge impact in supporting their learning! You can tell this when reading them with the children! I feel that in having your books, our Kindergarten has gone up a level!”

“Words cannot describe how impactful your phonics system has been on Laura. She adores the characters and the stories and is so excited that she can read your books herself. She cannot wait to complete the activities in the books in time for her next session and she is no longer afraid to tackle more complicated words using her phonics.

She is a new girl, far more confident in herself as well as in her reading. We really hope that your books get published – they have been a true asset to Laura and helping her to overcome her reading and learning difficulties.”

“When my daughter was in grade 1 her confidence was knocked as other children in her class were more advanced in their reading skills. We had told her not to worry, however we could see that she was struggling so we decided to ask Lisa for help to work with her. Best thing we ever did! Through her phonics system, Lisa quickly worked out the areas that Freya needed help with and within a few weeks she was starting to read, and as each week passed her confidence and ability grew. She is now a complete bookworm and has been graded as above average for her reading, spelling and grammar skills.”

“Yesterday I had the parent-teacher interview, the first one for Year 5. The teacher was telling me that Ishaan is a very natural speller & he's consistently gotten full marks. I was so proud & immediately told her about Lisa & and her phonics system.

Truly Lisa, I think this one is all credit to you & all the fun activities that he did through your phonics program, that he has such a natural inclination & love for the language. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts! It really is true what they say - that a teacher makes lasting impressions on a child.”

“My daughter, Ruby, at the age of 7 years was visibly struggling with her basic phonics, reading and spelling. I decided she needed help as I didn't want her to lose her confidence with school work. Luckily for us we met Lisa MacCormac and over the past 2 years Lisa has guided Ruby with her very fun and interesting program of teaching phonics, reading and spelling. Ruby has gained so much confidence in believing in her own work. Even with a full week of school homework Lisa's activities are always Ruby’s favourite to work on. With her new abilities Ruby has become a very confident reader and a very creative writer and has had much praise from her school teacher."

“My daughter, Maryam had just started a new school and was very overwhelmed with the whole experience. This had an impact on her ability to grasp reading. I saw the signs of her struggle and that’s when I sought Lisa’s help. She took Maryam under her wing and assured me that given the right tools and guidance, Maryam would be right on track with her reading. Maryam thoroughly enjoyed Lisa’s phonics and reading program and started gaining confidence in her ability to read and recognise sounds and words. Each of Lisa's books and activities was well thought out and had a strong structure. . The confidence that Maryam gained here helped her in so many other subjects and social interactions. Maryam is 10 years old now and is an avid reader. Her favourite activity is to curl up and read. The best part is, when she grows up, she wants to be a writer! I am very grateful for having such amazing guidance from Lisa and her completely effective reading program."
